At Rhesis AI, we empower organizations to develop and deploy Gen AI applications that meet high standards for reliability, robustness, and compliance. As the creators of an open-source solution for test generation & management, we enable AI teams to build context-specific tests, and collaborate directly with domain experts.
We're currently part of the K.I.E.Z. Accelerator at the Merantix AI Campus in Berlin, where we’re building the testing infrastructure Gen AI needs to earn trust at scale.

Your profile
What you will do:
- Identify and engage potential pilot and strategic project partners, particularly in enterprise environments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders from the AI community, industry and government.
- Represent Rhesis AI at relevant events and conferences to expand our network and raise visibility within the AI and enterprise innovation ecosystems.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and validate go-to-market strategies.
- Support the preparation of platform related documentation, project proposals, and reports related to technology transfer.
You are great for this role, if you have:
- Solid understanding of software development processes and Gen AI technologies (no coding required, but technical affinity expected).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; confident and persuasive when interacting with enterprise and institutional stakeholders.
- Proven track record in business development, partnership management, or sales — ideally in SaaS, AI, or innovation-driven fields.
- Strong experience in customer engagement, stakeholder management, and market analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to non-technical decision-makers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, or a related field.
- Independent, structured, and proactive work style with a strong sense of ownership.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
